24x7 Direct Pty Ltd is seeking an Australian Draftsperson & Pre-Site Coordinator to produce working and town planning drawings for residential homes from the Philippines. You will coordinate design docs, manage approvals, and collaborate with engineers, planners, and consultants to keep the build pipeline moving remotely.

This is a full-time, fixed-shift role with strict hours. You will handle permits, energy ratings, and package delivery to Australian standards, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential architectural drafting experience for AU construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; essential for the role.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian permit/planning processes.
• Experience working remotely with AU firms.
• Knowledge of NCC (National Construction Code).

Responsibilities

• Draft working drawings for residential homes to AU standards using AutoCAD.
• Produce town planning drawings and permit packages per Victorian requirements.
• Coordinate drawing sets with engineers, surveyors and consultants; manage markups.
• Ensure drawings comply with estate guidelines and MCP requirements.
• Prepare/update drawings reflecting variations and design changes.
• Coordinate drawing sets to meet HIA or Master Builders contracts.
• Coordinate pre-construction docs: permits, energy ratings, reports, tests.
• Liaise with councils and consultants to progress approvals.
• Submit permit applications; ensure documents are complete and compliant.
• Track title settlements, MCP checklists, design approvals, timelines.
• Maintain job tracker/CRM with milestones and status notes.
• Collect signed contracts, finance approvals, conveyancer details.
• Monitor items to meet build start dates; flag delays to management.
• Prepare handover packs for Construction team.
• Assist Estimating with tender docs and plan distribution.
• Provide general admin support to Construction/Operations teams.
