Job summary

Collective Resourcing is seeking a Compliance Officer / Senior Paraplanner for a 100% remote role based in the Philippines. The position blends compliance monitoring with paraplanning duties, delivering assurance reviews and client documentation using XPLAN.

You will join a boutique setup supporting Australian financial planners, with ongoing coaching and development opportunities in a collaborative, hardworking team environment.

Qualifications

• RG146 qualified required.
• Strong verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• At least 4 years of paraplanner experience using XPLAN.
• Solid understanding of AFSL obligations and the AFSL environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compliance monitoring programs.
• Deliver targeted assurance reviews for advisers and practices.
• Prepare reports and maintain compliance registers and policies.
• Maintain procedures and ensure accuracy across compliance records.
• Assist in paraplanning duties using XPLAN modules (SOA/ROA).
• Quality check work for errors and sign-off.
