Responsabilités

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced town planner based in the Philippines to join us as a remote Planning & Certification Analyst, supporting our Sydney-based certification and planning team.

You won't be doing this on your own. You'll be joining an established team already working with us from the Philippines, and you'll get training and direct mentorship from our Sydney and Philippines team.

Town planning experience is what matters most for this role. We know Australian planning experience is hard to find in the Philippines, so we're not expecting you to arrive understanding planning controls inside out. What we need is someone with solid planning experience who's hungry to learn. Bring that, and we'll teach you the rest - from SEPPs and LEPs through to the Building Code of Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in reviewing development plans for compliance with SEPPs, LEPs, and the Building Code of Australia

Conduct zoning and compliance checks using NSW Planning Portal and mapping tools

Support certification assessments across a range of projects including residential, commercial, and subdivision

Use Foxit or similar PDF tools to measure, scale, and assess plans

Collaborate closely with our General Manager, Town Planner and wider Sydney-based team

Follow Sydney business hours and receive direct mentorship and training

What We're Looking For
