You will evaluate risks, negotiate with underwriters, and stay current with industry trends, delivering proactive support to clients from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably in commercial or automotive insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products relevant to towing operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions regarding insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' insurance requirements related to towing operations and roadside assistance services.
• Provide expert recommendations on coverage options tailored to tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance.
• Assist customers with the completion of insurance applications and documentation.
• Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and premium rates for clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
