Job summary

RocketAMS is a fully remote Amazon eCommerce agency hiring a dedicated Account Specialist to run TikTok Shop and begin learning Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. You’ll own day-to-day platform operations, manage affiliate outreach, and support GMV Max campaigns.

The role requires experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with senior specialists and founders, and work across forecasting, reporting, and

Qualifications

Hands-on TikTok Shop experience inside Seller Center: listings, vouchers, affiliate program, GMV Max, and inbound shipments under FBT.
Experience building and managing creator or affiliate outreach at scale, including eligibility screening and commission negotiation.
Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills in Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

TikTok Shop operations: manage Seller Center across listings, catalog, promotions, and account health.
Affiliate program and creator outreach: sourcing to activation, weekly activations, cost control.
