Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a career-driven IT support professional to provide advanced assistance to business clients. The role requires strong fundamentals, multi-project collaboration, and professional communication across complex environments.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, supporting Windows/Microsoft cloud environments, and coordinating with third-party vendors. A security-minded, MSP-aware candidate with 3+ years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across systems, networks, and endpoints.
• Experience in business IT environments (MSP is a major plus).
• Knowledge of EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) solutions and MDR environments and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support to business clients.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Manage networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems).
• Assist with server installations and maintenance.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and client projects.
• Onboard new clients, including environmental assessments and deployment.
• Coordinate and work directly with third-party vendors (ISP, VoIP, security, software providers).
• Maintain clean documentation and professional client communication.
• Manage multiple service tickets while meeting response expectations.
• Escalate appropriately while maintaining ownership of assigned issues.
• Represent the client directly to customers in a professional manner.
