Job summary

Outsource Access Careers is seeking a Tier 2 Service Desk Engineer (Remote) to tackle advanced escalations across Microsoft 365, AD, cloud environments, and networking. You will own complex issues, document root causes, and guide Tier 1 teammates from a fully remote setup.

Minimum 3 years of IT Service Desk experience, fluent English, and strong troubleshooting skills are required. The role offers remote work with client-provided devices and a pay range of $2,800–$3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience with escalations.
• Fluent English communication with accountability and empathy.
• Proactive, solution-focused problem solving and documentation.
• Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, AD, Windows/macOS, networking, virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Tier 2/3 escalations across Microsoft 365, AD, cloud, and networking.
• Perform root cause analysis and document troubleshooting steps.
• Mentor Tier 1 engineers and support infrastructure projects.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-facing support to maintain client trust.
