Job summary

Beepo is seeking an AU Estimator to manage end-to-end estimating and tendering for remedial building projects. The role requires evaluating suppliers, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with clients and project teams.

The position offers a remote day-shift arrangement from Clark, Pampanga, with opportunities to engage with international projects and a supportive environment for growth.

Qualifications

• Estimator with 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Emails and Quotations.
• Preferably with previous experience in Construction industry.
• Good use of basic Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver without supervision.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end estimating and tendering process for remedial building projects.
• Keep tender deadlines on track and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review tender documents, interpret project scopes, and identify requirements.
• File estimating documents in Wunderbuild and project folders for easy access.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates and plans.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, supervisors, site teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Conduct market research to assess current material, labour, and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify risks and contingencies, and prepare tender submissions.
• Manage multiple tenders and prioritize workloads and deadlines.
• Coordinate tender priorities with supervisors and internal teams.
• Research and resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues during tendering.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and pricing information.
