Qualifications

• Experience handling contracts, agreements, and customer documentation.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, government agencies, regulators, or utility companies.
• Background in energy, utilities, power retail, telecommunications, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and document management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end switching activities to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
• Review, validate, and process customer documents, contracts, agreements, and other switching requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, utility companies, regulators, and other external stakeholders to facilitate switching transactions.
• Track status of switching requests and proactively resolve issues to meet service level commitments.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and document management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout switching process.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on switching activities and operations.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending workflow changes.
• Provide administrative and operational support for switching projects and related initiatives.
• Perform other duties related to project coordination and switching operations as assigned.
