Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery across multiple engineering initiatives. This role focuses on moving projects from idea to production on time with clear priorities and minimal surprises.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership to plan work, manage execution, resolve blockers, and ship outcomes. The position suits someone organized, decisive, and fluent in technical discussions in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with developers and following technical discussions.
• Experience in remote, fast-paced, asynchronous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects end to end—from intake and planning through execution, release, and follow-ups.
• Define and maintain clear plans, milestones, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate API-related work streams, including bugs, client issues, new fields, and enhancements.
• Align Engineering, Ops, QA, and Leadership around priorities and timelines.
• Lead incident and bug triage, assessing urgency vs. backlog items and priorities.
• Continuously improve how we use ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack; refine templates and workflows.
• Serve as the primary coordination and communication point for initiatives and provide concise updates.
