You will mentor engineers, improve processes, and remove impediments in a fully distributed organization based in the Philippines, collaborating across cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering
• 2+ years as a senior or principal engineer
• 3+ years managing or leading remote technical teams
• Experience with React, C#, Azure is a plus
• Experience in Scrum and Agile ceremonies

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, support career growth, conduct regular 1:1s, foster ownership and learning
• Lead Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, improve delivery predictability and flow
• Identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, remove obstacles
• Oversee sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and capacity management
• Participate in code and architecture discussions, champion best practices, ensure quality, security and reliability
