Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong architect to collaborate with our design team on boutique hospitality assets. You will translate design intent into fully coordinated, buildable documentation across design stages, focusing on technical development from RIBA 3 through construction.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and strong English communication are essential. This remote role offers global project exposure and collaboration across international teams, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects (homes, villas, hotels, resorts).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Professional level of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects with buildability and coordination in mind.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM/Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes/specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Support BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.
