Geeks on Site seeks a Dispatcher to act as the link between customers and our field technicians across the United States. You will coordinate jobs from start to finish, ensuring quick, accurate, and professional assignments.

You will handle scheduling, gather and relay essential details to technicians, and maintain real-time job tracking. This role offers remote work from LATAM with competitive pay and a training program.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Tech-savvy with experience in dispatch and CRM systems.
• Excellent phone presence, clear and professional communication.

• Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assign customer jobs to technicians based on availability, location and skillset.
• Communicate job details to technicians via phone, chat or email.
• Gather and confirm technical information to prepare technicians.
• Maintain real-time tracking of open jobs and follow up to completion.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers and technicians.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise.
• Meet daily and weekly assignment targets for the team.
• Document activities accurately in CRM/dispatch systems.
