Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to scheduling.
• Familiarity with IT dispatch operations and time-sensitive service requests.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to recruit across multiple geographic markets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT field service technicians across multiple US markets for onsite service requests.
• Screen candidates based on technical experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
• Confirm technician availability for specific service requests and schedules.
• Negotiate technician rates based on assignment requirements and budget.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians for onsite service calls across different geographic markets.
• Maintain a pool of qualified, available technicians for current and upcoming requests.
• Communicate with technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling and assignment coordination.
