Pear Tree is seeking a remote Talent Sourcing Specialist in the Philippines to identify and engage qualified candidates for AU/NZ mortgage support roles. You will build talent pipelines, manage pipelines in the ATS, and coordinate assessments, ensuring a smooth early hiring process.

The role requires at least 2+ years in talent sourcing, strong communication, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Workable, within a fast-paced outsourcing environment. AU business hours apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in talent sourcing, preferably in outsourcing.
• Experience with IT services and Microsoft industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to source via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct outreach, pre-screen, and resume reviews for AU/NZ mortgage roles.
• Maintain candidate profiles and pipelines in the ATS.
• Collect intro videos and other supporting materials.
• Coordinate typing assessments and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with recruiters to move candidates through early stages.
