Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a fully remote role. You will actively source, engage, and screen high‑potential candidates who can contribute to the rapid growth of our AI‑fintech ecosystem.

Key activities include direct sourcing through LinkedIn and other networks, candidate outreach, first‑stage interviews (15–20 minutes), daily scheduling, meticulous record keeping, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Charismatic and confident communication with professional objection handling.
• Proficient using Zoom, Google Meet, and basic tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate written and spoken English for reporting.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and international job boards.
• Engage candidates, present Assetara opportunity, and answer questions.
• Conduct 15–20 minute first‑stage interviews via Zoom or Google Meet.
• 2–3 first‑stage interviews per working day, depending on candidate availability.
• Maintain candidate records and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final‑stage interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all candidate communications.
