You will represent Assetara Limited on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report directly to top management while maintaining structured daily pipelines and time-zone aware communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional on-camera presentation.
• Background in HR or recruiting, with candidate sourcing or screening experience.
• Reliable home-office setup with HD webcam, good microphone, and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and post open positions across channels.
• Review resumes provided directly by the company.
• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones via Email/WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record them for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily logs, track pipelines, and compile reports.
