Spiralyze LLC, a data-driven A/B testing company, is hiring an Associate Recruiter to attract and hire top talent remotely from the Philippines. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess fit and qualifications.

You will maintain candidate records in an ATS, collaborate with HR and hiring managers, and monitor recruiting metrics. This entry-level role offers semi-flexible hours and exposure to the tech CRO sector.

Qualifications

• Present Spiralyze professionally to candidates and stakeholders.
• Able to understand Spiralyze offerings and convey them clearly.
• Attention to detail in managing candidate data and notes.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• English language proficiency required.
• Familiarity with ATS tools for candidate tracking.
• Nice to have experience hiring UI/UX designers.
• Open to recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Scout talent on platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
