Job summary

Spiralyze LLC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to attract, identify, and hire great talent for our remote team serving clients worldwide. You will source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and help post job ads while monitoring recruitment metrics.

Experience with ATS tools and strong English communication are essential. This role is permanently remote and offers a monthly compensation range of USD 800–1,200 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Sourcing. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Advertising. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Presentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.

• Organization. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
• Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Required language is English.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Nice to Have. Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be an advantage.
• Entry- Level (0-3 years of experience). We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in the HR industry!
