Job summary

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company with clients like Pepsi, Netflix, GE, and more. We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to attract, identify, and hire great talent from various channels for a remote Philippines-based role.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, advertising, database management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and scout talent on major platforms.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm. Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences.
• Presentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires.
• Quick Learner. You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.
• Attention to detail
• Organization. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
• Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: English.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Nice to Have. Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus.
• Entry- Level (0-3 years of experience).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Advertising. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Talent Scouting. Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
