You will collaborate with account managers, project managers, and manufacturers to ensure pricing accuracy, manage material lists, submittals, and order entries, and maintain clear communication with customers via phone and email.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of switchgear quotation or electrical estimating experience.
• Ability to read electrical plans and specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings to prepare switchgear quotations.
• Perform take-offs for switchgear components.
• Quote switchgear jobs within tight timelines.
• Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and manufacturers.
• Manage bills of material, submittals, and order entry.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to clarify requirements.
• Use internal systems to manage quotes and project data.
• Understand electrical distribution and how switchgear fits into projects.
• Assist project management with timelines and tracking quotes/orders.
• Maintain accuracy and organization in desk-based work.
