You will manage the engineering team, drive value engineering, coordinate with fabrication, control budgets and KPIs, and ensure timely delivery across pre- and post-production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in switchgear manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, safety, and standards.
• Proven budgeting, resource planning, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering team and support staff
• Drive product improvement, value engineering, and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Resolve technical issues in pre- and post-production
