Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
10+ years of experience in electrical design, automation, switchgear, or manufacturing engineering.
5+ years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of switchgear systems, CAD, PLC, and VFD applications.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the engineering team to achieve performance and business goals.
Oversee product design, costing, quality, and engineering improvements.
Drive value engineering, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Fabrication, Sales, and other departments to support product development and manufacturing objectives.
Resolve technical issues, manage project timelines, and improve factory performance
Establish KPIs, monitor results, and develop future engineering leaders.
