Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Support Specialist for a work-from-home role based in the Philippines. You will handle requests on Callcap and Sonar platforms, process CTN provisioning, campaign setups and updates, and respond to support cases via Salesforce CRM within SLAs.

You will also set up new accounts and users, assist with 10DLC registrations, and troubleshoot general account issues while maintaining excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent English written communication skills are required.
• Familiar with JavaScript, SQL, API processes, and Excel a strong plus.
• Experience identifying problems and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests on Callcap and Sonar platforms within Salesforce CRM, monitoring cases and meeting SLAs.
• Perform CTN provisioning, campaign setup and updates, CTN reactivation, and general account troubleshooting.
• Assist with new account and user setup, 10DLC registrations, and related tasks.
• Monitor the support case queue and respond to cases within defined SLAs.
