Job summary

Ehvert Mission Critical, a Salas O’Brien business unit, seeks a Structural Modeler on an independent contract to support data center projects across the U.S. You will model, analyze, and detail steel and concrete structures using BIM and analysis tools, collaborating with MEP teams in a fast-paced environment.

This remote, long-term engagement offers an hourly rate and exposure to hyperscale facilities with Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon; you will prepare documentation, ensure design accuracy, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• Proven experience in structural engineering, modeling and finite element analysis.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 or higher, written and spoken.
• Experience with RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, TEKLA, SDS2, SolidWorks, Revit and Robot is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model, analyze, and detail steel and concrete structures for data center projects.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and BIM models using industry tools.
• Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines across schematic design to execution.
• Develop construction drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
• Support BIM coordination and VDC workflows with cloud-based collaboration.
