Responsibilities include accurate model-based quantity extraction, design change analysis, and maintaining BIM data integrity, while collaborating with diverse teams. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and possess 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and advanced Excel skills are essential. This role is remote and requires strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with BIM models in production, coordination, estimating, or VDC.
• Experience on large-scale, technically complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale hyperscale data center projects focusing on BIM data quality.
• Perform model comparison and quantity change analysis between Revit model versions.
• Prepare quantity reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
