Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Concrete Estimator to support pricing and planning for structural concrete projects. The role is remote in the Philippines, part-time (20 hours/week), with potential to grow to full-time as workload increases.

You will review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and develop cost estimates and tender submissions, coordinating with the team to ensure practical, competitive pricing aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in structural concrete estimating or related construction estimating roles.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
• Experience preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement, concrete quantities, and construction costs.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with digital estimating tools like Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and project documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for structural concrete and related scopes.
• Develop cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for commercial projects.
• Identify gaps or risks in documentation and raise RFIs as needed.
• Research costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to produce competitive estimates.
• Assist with project planning and sequencing, and support budgeting through the lifecycle.
