Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a finance leader to join as Controller/Accounting, FP&A, and strategic finance support. Part-time or full-time flexibility with pref part time, and a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include owning the monthly close, reviewing P&L and balance sheet, and building forecasting models. You will support Series B fundraising, investor data room materials, and management reporting for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in monthly close processes and financial reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Comfort with investor reporting and Series B work.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the monthly close process with the accounting team.
• Review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Develop management reporting and KPIs for executive visibility.
• Support strategic finance work streams, including fundraising.
