Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Business Functions Controlling Expert to drive internal and management reporting for royalties, litigation fees, and amortization, plus forecast landing and strategic updates with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in finance, FP&A or controlling, advanced Excel, and experience with TM1, MGF Tool, MC4F, AFO or SAC. Willingness to work a 3:00 PM–12:00 AM mid-shift and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years in finance operations, FP&A, or controlling.
• Experience in shared-service or biotech/pharma/manufacturing.
• Experience with financial systems to improve reporting accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and management reporting for royalties, litigation fees, and amortization, and forecast updates.
• Support month-end closing and royalty-related processes.
• Prepare and submit royalty reports and payment documentation.
• Coordinate forecasting with FP&A and other stakeholders.
• Provide external reporting support and audit inquiries.
• Advise on royalty provisions and contracts with external partners.
