Wing seeks a Software Developer & Operations Coordinator to join a fully remote team and drive both software development and operational efficiency. The role focuses on debugging, building new web features, and optimizing workflows while coordinating across functions in a remote setup.

The ideal candidate will have strong Claude Code skills, cloud services experience, and exceptional communication in English.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Claude Code and web application development.
• Experience with development platforms and cloud services.
• Strong debugging, testing, and deployment experience.
• Ability to recommend and integrate software tools to improve business operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Debug, test, and deploy existing web applications built through Claude Code.
• Develop new web applications and features based on business requirements and specifications.
• Recommend software improvements, automation opportunities, and new technology solutions.
• Manage and organize operational workflows across multiple business functions.
• Assist with documentation, task prioritization, and process optimization.
• Support shared task management systems for multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct research and present well-reasoned solutions to technical and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure projects and operational tasks remain on track.
