Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to join our remote team and support budget management, campaigns, and reporting. This role drives financial admin tasks, coordinates with vendors and influencers, and assists in campaign execution and tracking.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions and accurate brand data, using Hive or similar PM tools for project tracking, while maintaining excellent communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong documentation skills.
• Comfortable handling invoices, receipts, and budget reconciliation.
• Excellent follow-up and accountability when coordinating with vendors, influencers, and agencies.
• Able to multitask and manage timelines across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Financial Admin: Managing marketing budget reconciliation, vendor invoices, and receipt tracking.
• Coordination: Liaising for formulating scripts/approvals and coordinating PR/media interviews.
• Campaign Support: Managing UGC and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking.
• Reporting & Project Tracking: Coordinating monthly brand reporting across teams and tracking packaging/product timelines in Hive.
