D2b is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager/Lead to join our remote team. You will lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement for Australian markets.

This is a full-time remote role offering PHP 80,000–120,000 monthly, with flexible hours and opportunities to mentor junior staff while collaborating with an Australian team.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience with Australian or NZ clients preferred.
• Portfolio is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy to support brand growth and lead generation goals.
• Lead, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising platforms.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Manage and guide social media strategy, content calendars, and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
