Job summary

Hyre is seeking a proactive Social Media Content Manager for 100% remote work. The role focuses on high-touch community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and GBP, with emphasis on local SEO visibility and routing inbound leads to the sales team.

The position is full-time with standard business hours aligned to Central Time. You will manage Buffer-based content scheduling, maintain GBP, and track engagement metrics for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing communities across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Manager.
• Familiarity with Buffer (or similar scheduling platforms) and workflow tools (Productive, Canva, Google Workspace).
• Ability to maintain a warm, professional brand voice across platforms.
• Strong organization skills with time-blocked routines to ensure no unresponded inquiries.
• Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Community Engagement: Manage inbound interactions across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and GBP, delivering prompt responses to DMs, comments, and reviews.
• Lead Triage & Routing: Identify and qualify inquiries across social channels and Google Messages, routing high-intent leads to sales.
• Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage posting queue in Buffer, publish video content, captions, and hashtags for all brands (min 3 posts/week).
• Google Business Profile & Local SEO: Maintain GBP, answer Q&A, verify NAP accuracy, monitor local search insights, remove spam reviews.
• Escalation & Performance Tracking: Route disputes and 1–3 star reviews through escalation channels; report engagement metrics and GBP rankings to leadership.
