Job summary

Hyre in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Multi-Channel Community & Local SEO Manager to own high-touch community engagement, local SEO visibility, and lead routing for our home-service brands. You will manage social scheduling, respond to DMs and reviews, optimize GBP presence, and report on engagement metrics to leadership.

• Proven ability to manage social posting schedules and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Strong communication, organization, and remote-work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage omnichannel community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and GBP.
• Route high-intent sales inquiries to the sales team and triage leads.
• Schedule and publish content with Buffer (3+ posts per week per brand).
• Maintain GBP, answer Q&As, verify NAP and monitor local search insights.
• Track engagement metrics, GBP rankings, and report to leadership.
