Digital SEO is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive to manage client accounts remotely. In this mid-level, full-time role, you will plan content, write captions, schedule posts, and engage with communities across platforms.

You will track metrics, prepare monthly reports, coordinate with SEO, content, design and paid teams, and stay current with platform updates to deliver timely client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
• Fluency in English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar for assigned client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write engaging post copy and captions, brief the design team on creatives, and review them before publication.
• Schedule and publish posts on time, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Handle day-to-day community management, responding to comments, DMs, and page messages, and escalating issues as needed.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for each account, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support paid social efforts, including boosting posts and basic campaign setup, in collaboration with the Paid Ads team.
• Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and trends, suggesting innovative approaches for clients.
• Coordinate between the SEO, content, design, and paid teams to ensure client deliverables move on schedule.
• Maintain the task tracker for assigned accounts, detailing due dates, ownership, and potential hold-ups.
• Follow up on pending approvals from clients and internal teams, proactively flagging any delays.
• Attend client calls, document discussions, circulate summaries, and keep project documentation and client folders current.
