Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a creative, autonomous Social Media Strategist to manage three brands remotely.

You’ll transform raw photos and video into scroll-stopping content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and GBP while enforcing brand guidelines. You’ll own the content calendar, craft engaging graphics with Canva or Adobe, and grow local authority by commenting, posting in groups, and supporting basic SEO tied to GBP to drive organic leads.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, and video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to independently manage content calendars and contribute creative judgment.
• Comfortable adapting content to three distinct brands under one ownership group.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and GBP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw photos and video into high-performing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and GBP for three brands.
• Own the content calendar and design engaging graphics using Canva or Adobe per brand guidelines.
• Foster local authority by responding to comments/DMs, posting in local groups, and supporting basic SEO related to GBP.
• Coordinate local trade shows and networking events (Alignable, BNI, Chamber) including outreach and sponsorship communications.
