Job summary

RunRemote is seeking a Social Media and Content Manager for a 100% remote role, serving Australian personal branding clients. This Philippines-based position requires ownership of content scheduling, calendar management and Instagram engagement across multiple accounts, with AU time alignments.

You should have 5+ years in social media management, strong Instagram experience, and proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, AI-assisted captioning, and content repurposing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management for personal brands.
• Strong Instagram expertise including growth and engagement strategies.
• Proficient in content calendars and scheduling workflows.
• Experience repurposing content across platforms (IG to TikTok).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using AI tools for captions and content ideas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple client accounts, primarily Instagram.
• Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure a 2–3 month pipeline of scheduled content.
• Organise and repurpose content types including reels, lifestyle, personal branding, and video content.
• Prepare posts for publishing with hooks and captions; review content before going live.
• Use AI tools to assist with captions, hooks, and content ideas where appropriate.
• Publish content consistently based on client strategy and schedule.
• Manage engagement across accounts and interact with relevant posts.
• Support engagement activities in groups and communities.
• Share client content into relevant engagement groups to maximise reach and engagement.
• Review comments and account activity to maintain authentic tone of voice.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for new content ideas.
• Flag trends to the client and recommend future content ideas.
• Repurpose and publish content to TikTok.
• Keep content workflow organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Work closely with clients to understand strategy and preferences.
• Take direction and execute tasks independently.
• Support basic video editing and content production.
