• Proficiency with social media management platforms, particularly Metricool or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze engagement metrics and translate data into strategy recommendations.
• Experience staying current with social media trends across different industries.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging social media copy.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule social media posts across multiple client accounts using Metricool.
• Monitor and respond to engagement metrics and audience interactions across all platforms.
• Analyze post performance and generate reports identifying high-performing and underperforming content.
• Develop new content ideas and strategy recommendations based on performance data and industry trends.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices specific to each client's niche.
• Create light graphic design content using Canva for social media posts.
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut for reels and stories.
• Manage email marketing campaigns by assembling content and copy from provided assets.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings to review client accounts and plan upcoming content.
• Handle approval workflows and ensure timely content delivery for all clients.
