This role is split about 50% on social media and content, and 50% on reservations and administrative tasks, helping grow the brand while ensuring guests receive prompt, professional support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional social media experience, with a strong understanding of Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Strong Canva skills and experience creating engaging visuals.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite.
• Strong copywriting skills with on-brand content.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage our social media content calendar.
• Create and schedule Instagram posts, Reels and Stories.
• Edit supplied video footage into engaging short-form content.
• Write captions consistent with the brand.
• Create graphics and marketing collateral in Canva.
• Help promote accommodation, experiences, athlete camps and events.
• Manage and respond to social media comments and messages.
• Identify opportunities for new content and repurpose content across channels.
• Assist with email marketing through Mailchimp.
• Basic website/WordPress updates and monthly performance reporting.
• Handle reservations and guest communications, invoices, and records.
