Globaltize is seeking a Content & Creative Strategist to grow our brand across social media, email, video, and digital channels. You will craft engaging copy, create visuals, and turn ideas into content that captures attention.

Plan and manage a social content calendar, write posts and newsletters, develop video concepts, and collaborate with designers to keep messaging on brand. This fully remote role offers creative freedom, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team that values initiative

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ability to brainstorm fresh content ideas and trends.
• Strong copywriting for social posts, captions, newsletters, and scripts.
• Experience managing social media across multiple platforms and formats.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more.
• Develop and maintain a social content calendar with post ideas and publishing schedules.
• Write compelling posts, hooks, captions, carousels, and short-form video scripts.
• Brainstorm campaigns and creative angles to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visuals and assets.
• Help create and guide social media graphics and branded marketing materials.
• Develop short-form video concepts and scripts for Reels, Shorts, etc.
• Write and manage email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach.
• Improve website copy and landing pages as needed.
• Collaborate with SEO on content ideas to boost organic traffic.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and email performance for optimization.
• Engage with online audience through comments and community building.
• Create content that resonates with businesses hiring global talent and candidates seeking international opportunities.
• Explore new formats and channels to reach new audiences.
