MyOutDesk is seeking a Social Media/Marketing Specialist to lead digital campaigns, manage social channels, and create engaging content from a fully remote setting. You will analyze performance data to refine tactics and contribute to lead generation efforts across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, strong writing/communication skills, and a proactive, independent work style suitable for a remote, international client

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience developing content strategies and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage company social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, captions).
• Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor trends and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Support email marketing, website content, SEO, and paid advertising as needed.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver marketing materials.
• Prepare regular performance reports with KPIs.
