Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Pattern Maker to translate designs and specs into production-ready patterns for our garment supplier network. This remote role supports the Ops team with a focus on accuracy, grading across sizes, and collaboration with overseas manufacturers.

You will ensure fit, construction, and production requirements are met, troubleshoot issues during sampling and production, and maintain organized pattern documentation while coordinating with internal

Qualifications

• 3+ years in garment pattern making.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, measurements, grading, and pattern development.
• Proficiency in production-ready pattern creation for sewn garments.
• Experience with CAD pattern tools and digital pattern grading.
• Comfort working with digital files and organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from specs, measurements, and samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across sizes.
• Review samples and adjust patterns for fit and construction issues.
• Apply knowledge of fabrics to ensure patterns suit materials.
• Collaborate with teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot during sampling.
