Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Pattern Maker to translate designs into production-ready sewing patterns for our supplier network. You will collaborate with design, ops, and overseas manufacturers to ensure fit, grading, and construction meet our standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in garment pattern making, strong CAD pattern skills (Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex, CLO3D), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years garment pattern making experience.
• Strong pattern development and grading knowledge.
• Experience creating production-ready patterns for sewn garments.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from specs and samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across sizes.
• Review samples and adjust patterns for fit and construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas manufacturers.
• Interpret technical packs and translate to patterns.
• Maintain pattern files and documentation.
• Share digital pattern files with manufacturing partners.
