Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Pattern Maker to translate garment designs into production-ready sewing patterns for our global supplier network. You will ensure patterns meet fit, construction, grading, and production requirements while collaborating with Sourcing, Design, and overseas manufacturers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of garment pattern making, strong construction knowledge, and proficiency with CAD tools (Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of garment pattern making experience.
• Production-ready patterns knowledge.
• Strong garment construction, fitting, grading knowledge.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software (Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex).
• Experience with women streetwear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, production-ready sewing patterns from technical specs, measurements, design references, technical drawings, and approved samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across size ranges with consistent fit.
• Review samples and adjust patterns for fit, measurement, and construction issues.
• Apply knowledge of fabrics to ensure pattern suitability for construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot pattern issues during sampling and production.
• Interpret technical packs and translate them into production-ready patterns.
• Maintain pattern files, revisions, measurements, and documentation for correct versions.
• Prepare and share digital pattern files with manufacturing partners.
