Job summary

TTEC Digital in the Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead delivery of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC. You will own schedules, budgets, risks, and day-to-day delivery within a global client context.

You will work with Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams, applying NowCreate methodology in Agile or Hybrid environments while aligning with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow delivery projects in ITSM/ITOM/SCM/FSM/HR Service Delivery/GRC.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple modules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report status to stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow implementation and consulting projects across modules.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources, and forecasts to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Provide regular updates, status reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
