Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a ServiceNow Project Manager in the Philippines to lead delivery across ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery and GRC. You will own schedules, budgets, risks, and day-to-day delivery, working with Engagement Managers and architects.

The role requires 3–6 years in project management, strong English communication, and the ability to work US business hours to support global teams. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery and GRC.
• Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow implementation and consulting projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
