Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow developer in the Philippines to configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation, automation, and data integration. You will translate business needs into technical specs, design data flows, and build dashboards and reports to support operations.

Qualifications

College degree in related technology field.
Approximately 5 to 9 years of experience in a development role.
ServiceNow certifications a plus; ITIL foundations certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creation workflows.
Builds service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules.
Performs integrations and process automation using Orchestration and Web Services.
Loads, manipulates and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed.
Works with business liaison to generate dashboards and reports; tests system and integrations.
