Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in the Philippines is seeking a remote service professional to join the Markem-Imaje Remote Support team. You will be the first point of contact for technical claims across printer models and will handle calls, emails, and chats from international customers within SLA.

With at least two years in industrial technology, you will develop knowledge of customer applications and technical specs, document steps, and identify sales opportunities while collaborating

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a technical college recommended.
• At least two years of experience in industrial technology and customer management.
• Excellent technical skills (mechanical, electrical, computer or electronic).
• Experience with a ticket management system is a plus.
• Strong soft skills and ability to set expectations with customers.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French/Spanish/Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for technical claims for all Markem-Imaje printer models.
• Handle calls, emails and chat from international customers within SLA.
• Develop knowledge of customer applications to respond to customer issues.
• Understand technical specifications and environmental requirements for installation/maintenance.
• Identify and prioritize issues.
• Document details of reported problems, diagnostic steps and resolutions in the case management system.
• Identify sales opportunities and escalate through proper channels.
• Build trust with customers through proactive updates and cross-team collaboration.
