Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to provide 24/7 remote technical support for Markem-Imaje printing systems. You will be the first contact for claims, handle international inquiries, and coordinate with global teams.

The role requires an associate degree, at least two years in industrial tech, excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a technical college recommended.
• At least two years of experience in industrial technology and customer management.
• Excellent technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and electronic domains.
• Strong written and spoken English; willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for technical claims for all Markem-Imaje printer models.
• Handle calls, emails and chat from international customers within SLA.
• Develop knowledge of customer applications and technical specs for installation and maintenance.
• Document diagnostics and resolutions in the case management system.
• Identify sales opportunities and escalate appropriately.
