Markem-Imaje is expanding its Remote Support team in the Philippines. You will be the first contact for technical claims across printer models, handling inquiries from international customers within SLA.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in industrial technology with customer management experience, an associate degree, and strong English skills. Shift flexibility and proactive problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree and 2+ years in industrial technology or related field.
• Experience managing customer interactions and expectations.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for technical claims for all Markem-Imaje printer models.
• Handle calls, emails and chat from international customers within SLA.
• Develop knowledge of customer applications to better respond to issues and requests.
• Understand technical specs and environmental requirements at customer sites for installation and maintenance.
• Identify and prioritize issues proactively.
• Document problem details, diagnostics and resolutions for service history.
• Identify sales opportunities and escalate appropriately.
• Communicate updates proactively to customers and internal teams.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather information and plan actions.
